What is Amazon Flex?
With Amazon Flex, you deliver parcels with your own vehicle at times that suit you - you can choose to deliver as little or as often as you like. All you need is a smartphone, proof of your right to work in the UK, insurance, and to be 18 or older. For car deliveries, you need a valid UK driver’s licence.
When you sign-up and apply via the app, you will be guided through the registration process, where you can choose to sign up with one vehicle type, either car for Amazon standard and grocery deliveries or e-bike for Amazon Now deliveries. You will also select the area you want to become a delivery driver based on your preferences. Once you complete onboarding, you will not be able to switch vehicle type and you will only see offers for your vehicle type.
Once onboarded you will be able to see your estimated earnings with every available delivery block*. You can also choose to substitute your block to someone else for even more ways to earn. You can do this either in advance, or up to 65 minutes before the block starts, if your plans happen to change last minute.

* Earnings estimates are based on location and delivering a number of packages across an estimated length of time (referred to as a block), completed while driving a standard motorized vehicle. Should Amazon Flex introduce blocks eligible to be delivered using scooters or other alternative modes of transportation, different rates may apply. We aim to ensure that the number of packages you are assigned to deliver within your block is realistic, taking into account congestion and the primary requirement to drive safely. However, the actual time taken per delivery may vary (because it could, occasionally, take less or more time than expected) so the earnings per hour may vary.
