How will I get paid?
As a self-employed delivery driver, you will receive payments every Wednesday for all deliveries made during the past seven days.
Depending on your bank, this may take a few days to process. Payments will be deposited to the bank account you provided during your registration.

How do earnings work?
Earnings for Amazon Flex delivery services depend on the area and type of delivery that you make. Blocks are available in 1-4 hour durations, and before you schedule a block, the app will show you the estimated duration and how much you will be paid.
For Amazon Now deliveries, you will be shown the block pickup location, duration, area covered and an earnings range. The earnings range includes the block minimum payment and potential block payment, depending on the location and duration.
There are usually delivery blocks available seven days a week, however, blocks may fluctuate week-to-week and are not guaranteed.

How can I see my payments?
You can track your past and pending earnings via the ‘Earnings’ page in the main menu of the Amazon Flex app.
Here you will see a full breakdown of your earnings, including the date and duration of your delivery block, as well as the deposit date in your bank account.

How do I change my
bank details?
New bank account? No problem! You can change or update your account information at any time within the Amazon Flex app.
Simply follow the steps below:
1. Go to the main menu in the app
2. Tap ‘Settings’
3. Tap ‘Personal Information’
4. Tap ‘Bank Account’.
You should now be on a screen titled ‘Direct Deposit’. Tap ‘Edit’ to change your bank account details.
