Deliver Amazon Now blocks and make £13-£15* an hour
Amazon Now blocks are typically 1-4 hours long and include multiple local deliveries to customers located up to 6 km from the pickup location. You will need to return to the Amazon Now pickup location after each delivery to pick up your next order.
What vehicle do I need?
A battery operated e-bike that meets all applicable laws and safety requirements. E-bikes must meet all Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) standards and legal requirements.
How to sign up for Amazon Now deliveries:
1. Download the Amazon Flex app.
2. Sign in to your Amazon account or create an Amazon account.
3. On the Vehicle screen, select: E-bike
Note: Once you complete onboarding, you will only see offers for your vehicle in the Amazon Flex app and you will not be able to switch vehicle type.
4. Follow the in-app steps to continue creating your account.
Here's what you need to sign-up:
- Be 18+ years old
- Have a valid UK National Insurance Number
- Have proof of your right to work in the UK (e.g. passport, eVisa)
- Have a UK bank account
- Have a battery operated e-bike** that meets all applicable laws and safety requirements. You are required to wear a helmet on an e-bike
- Have an insulated backpack or e-bike cargo box with minimum internal dimensions of 55 cm x 26 cm x 36 cm that can securely hold at least 15 kg of packages
- Have public liability and personal accident insurance that covers you while you are delivering goods in return for payment
How earnings work
For Amazon Now delivery blocks, your total earnings will vary depending on how many deliveries you complete. Since we know your time is valuable, you also earn for the time spent waiting for your next delivery within the scheduled block time as part of the block minimum payment.
*Maximum earnings are based on location and our estimate of the number of deliveries within the fixed time block that you have chosen (referred to as a block), completed while riding a battery-operated e-bike. Block minimum payment is based on the duration of the block you have chosen. If the block is ended earlier, the amount you receive will be pro-rated based on the portion of the block completed. Whilst the estimated potential earnings amount is not guaranteed, it is an estimate of the potential payment for the block if you provide delivery services in respect of all the orders made available to you during that block. Deliveries are scheduled so that they can be safely completed within the allocated block time, taking into account factors such as weather and road conditions.
