Delivery type options for delivering with Amazon Flex

There are three different delivery types for making deliveries with Amazon Flex: Amazon standard, Amazon grocery and Amazon Now.

When onboarding, you can choose to sign up with one vehicle type, either car or e-bike. Once you complete onboarding, you will only see offers for your vehicle type in the Amazon Flex app and you will not be able to switch vehicle type.

All deliveries are organised into blocks. The delivery types vary by block length, the vehicle you can use to deliver, and the number of trips that will be made in one block. Deliveries are scheduled so that they can be safely completed within the allocated block time, taking into account factors such as weather and road conditions.
